SYNTRA started
in survival mode.

A corporate restructuring forced my hand. But if I'm being honest, I'd always wanted to build something of my own. The timing just never felt right. When it finally was, we didn't guess.

We called customers. Real operators dealing with cold chain visibility gaps, siloed IoT data, and platforms that locked them into cheap hardware. We built around those conversations.
